In order to increase the presence of Female Executives, we must start with the pipeline of women in business education. MBA programs are traditionally 25% female. Since 2014, I have been a Mentor at the College of Charleston MBA program. I teach the Negotiations Workshop each year, as well as Marketing Resumes. I take on a female mentee each school year, helping her identify job prospects and advocate for what she’s worth.
